Archive a message

For information about archiving a message in the app, you can click here.

In Karify, you can only archive a message or move it to a folder. You cannot delete a message.

You can archive a message by navigating to: My Healthspaces > Healthspace name > Messages > Inbox
Check the box next to the message and click Archive.

Archiving a message does not affect how the message is displayed to your contact. If you archive the message yourself, it may still be visible to your contact.

You can move a message to a folder of your choice. For more information, read the page: Folders and favorites
