Archiving interventions for cliënt

In Karify, you can archive interventions (tools).

In addition to active interventions, archived interventions can also be displayed in a separate tab. An archived intervention cannot be opened. Archiving can provide clarity because of the seperate tab while preserving the information.

If your counselor has enabled this for you, you can select the "active" or "archived" folder in the workspace.

To move active interventions to archived, click the square folder to the right of the intervention.

Once you have done this, the interventions can be found under the archived folder and will look like this:

If you want to reactivate the intervention, click the square folder to the right of the intervention again.

The intervention will then appear directly in the "Active" folder.
