Copy production environment to test environment in USER
After creating a copy of the production environment in USER to the test environment, problems may arise with getting the test environment and the connection working immediately. Perform the following steps in USER:
- Re-authorize the connection
- Refresh healthspace list
- Invite a new test client
It is important to note that selecting healthspaces is only possible after retrieving the healthspaces; this happens automatically overnight. This is only possible if the connection is authorized. If the healthspace is still not visible in USER, you can click the refresh healthspace list button, and the healthspaces will be retrieved.
