Your contact list is based on all contacts that you are connected to in Karify.
You can also send a message to multiple contacts by selecting multiple names from your contact list.
I can not find a specific contact.
Your contact list is based on all contacts that you are connected to in Karify. If your contact is not visible in your contact list, he/she either does not have an active Karify account, or he/she does not have a connection with you. You can ask your healthcare provider to create a connection between you and your contact.
Why do I have to fill in a subject?
The messages are grouped in a conversation based on the subject of the conversation. For this reason, a subject is required when setting up a new conversation.
How can I show my contacts that I am (temporarily) unable to respond?
If you are (temporarily) unable to respond to messages in Karify, you can set up a away notice in the web application.
This away notice is also shown in the message app, so your contacts can see that you are unavailable even before they send their message.
