Who can I contact in the app?
Your contact list is based on all colleagues, as well as patients that you are connected to in the application.
You can also send a message to multiple recipients. Please note that all selected contacts can see the names of the other recipients.

If your patient is not in your contact list, he/she either has no active profile in the Healthspace, or does not have a connection with you.
In the web application you can check whether the client is already active in the Healthspace, and if he/she is visible in your list of connected clients.
Why do I have to fill in a subject?

If you are (temporarily) unable to respond to messages in Karify, you can set up a away notice through the web application.
This away notice is also shown in the message app, so your patients can see that you are unavailable even before they send their message.
