You compose your own medical record, with documents, images, videos and links. Your record can be organized by assigning Life events to the record files.
To add a new item to your record, please follow the next steps:
1. Click My record
2. Click Add a new record item
3. Select which type of file you want to add (e.g. a video or a document)
4. Fill in the required fields like the name of the file and a description
5. If you want to, you can assign a life event to the item
6. Click on Save.
7. If you want, you can share the item with your clinicians in the Healthspace. Read this article for more information about sharing your record items.
