I cannot find my assignments
Your clinician can plan an assignment for you. When an assignment is available, it is visible on the Dashboard of your Healthspace.
Click Healthspaces in the top of the screen.
Click the logo of your healthcare provider. You will now see the planned assignments on your dashboard overview.
Your completed assignments are saved in My record -> Assignments
I have found my Dashboard, but there are no (new) assignments available
Ask your clinician if he/she actually planned an assignment for you. Also check if you are in the right Healthspace.
Another possibility may be that the assignments are not visible since your browser is significantly outdated. We recommend to always update your internet browser in time.
If the planned assignments are still not visible, please contact us through help@karify.com.
