Is the video call saved and/or recorded?
The duration of the videocall is registered in your Record. What more information from the video call will be saved or recorded?
Direct connection
In Karify the video call is not temporarily saved on a server. The connection between you and your clinician takes place from browser to browser directly. A browser is the computer program you use to visit web pages. Examples of browsers are Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. The video conversation can not be intercepted by others, it’s a safe way of communicating.
Registration of the video call in Karify
The video call is not recorded or saved in Karify. Both you and your clinician can not review the conversation on a later time or save it on the computer. The time of the video call is shown in the Events in My Record.
