Keeping track of e-health activities
Healthcare insurance companies demand that healthcare providers register the care delivered to patients. This is also required for all activities regarding e-health. How can you meet these demands?
We advise that you register important (online) contacts in a separate record from Karify to ensure that you can always show the required documentation to the healthcare insurance company.
You can save assignments of your patient by navigating to the client record:
- Click the assignment to open it
- Click the button Print in the top right corner
- Save the file to PDF on your computer
- Save the file in your patient record
Time spent on video conversations is registered in the patient record. Click the button Video conversations in the client record to view the time and duration of the video conversations with this patient.
