You can log in securely to Karify using DigiD. DigiD is the government's national login service and ensures that your personal data is well protected. In most cases, you log in to Karify via DigiD.
Logging in with DigiD
You log in via your care organization's login page, which looks like organizationname.karify.com. Or via the invitation you received from the care organization; enter your date of birth here.
Then select Log in with DigiD and follow the steps on the screen to log in with your DigiD account.

DigiD provides extra security and is therefore used as a login method.
Problems logging in via DigiD
Are you having trouble logging in with DigiD? For example, because:
- you no longer know your DigiD username or password
- you do not have access to your DigiD app or SMS verification
- you receive an error message from DigiD
Karify does not have access to your DigiD details and therefore cannot resolve DigiD issues for you. Support is provided entirely by DigiD itself.
Logging in with username and password
In some situations, you can also (or still) log in to Karify using a username and password. In this case, you do not have access to the care organization's details; you must log in there using DigiD via your care organization's login page.
Your username is your email address.
The password is not set if you created the account via DigiD (because you did not set a password in that case). If this is the case, you can follow the forgotten password procedure below to set a password.
Forgot password?
Have you forgotten your Karify password? Then you can reset this yourself:
- Go to https://my.karify.com
- Click on ‘Forgot password?’
- Enter the email address associated with your Karify account
- You will receive an email with a link to set a new password
Did you not receive an email? Then first check your spam folder. If the email does not arrive, there may be several reasons. In that case, read the article I do not receive emails from Karify.
Still unable to log in?
If logging in with both DigiD and username and password fails:
Check if you are using the correct email address
Check if your account has been recently deactivated
