To start with Karify, you need a Karify account. As soon as you have a Karify account you can become a member of  one or several Healthspace(s). Different healthcare providers can have a Karify Healthspace: general practitioners, mental healthcare institutions and hospitals are several examples. 

I do not have a Karify account yet

If you have never worked with Karify before, then you first need a Karify account. You can create an account through an invitation from your healthcare provider:

• Step 1: You receive an email with an invitation to become member of the online treatment environment (Healthspace). Click on the link Join. 
  
• Step 2: Fill in your personal details, like your email address and birth date. We consider your mailbox to be a safe place, in which you can receive a new password when you have forgotten your password. Notifications regarding your treatment can also be sent to this email address. 

  
  

  The password that you have to create must at least: 

  • Be 8 characters long

  • Include at least one capital

  • Include at least one special character

• Step 3: Accept the terms and conditions by clicking on Register.

• Step 4: N.B:  To confirm your account an e-mail is sent to your personal e-mail address. Click the link Confirm your email address in the email. 

  
  

  Now you have a Karify account and you can start!

I already have a Karify account

If you already have a Karify account, then you can easily become member of (new) Healthspaces with this existing account. If you received an invitation for a Healthspace per mail, you accept this invitation as follows:  

• Step 1: Click in the invitation on the link Join. 

• Step 2: Click on the left on LOG IN under the question Already have a Karify account? 
  
  
  

• Step 3: Log in with your existing Karify credentials. 

Become a member of the Healthspace yourself

Some Healthspaces provide the option to become member independently. You can recognize this option by the button JOIN on the login page of the Healthspace. 

• Step 1: Navigate to the URL (web page) of the Healthspace of your healthcare provider. You can find the URL on the website of your healthcare provider or your clinician. 

• Step 2: Click on Join and fill in the required information. 

   
• Step 3: Depending on the setup of your healthcare provider you will become a member either automatically or after their confirmation. If your healthcare provider agrees with your application, you will receive an invitation to the Healthspace in your mail. To accept this invitation, follow the steps described in the upper part of this article.

After your application you will have a Karify account and will be a member of the Healthspace.
