Unsubscribe members
When you are the owner or an assistent in Karify, you can invite patients and staff members to become a member of the Healthspace. You can also unsubscribe their membership. Here we discuss how you can unsubscribe members.
Click Admin in the navigation bar.
Here we describe how you can unsubscribe a staff member. For unsubscribing a client you can follow the same procedure.
- Click Clients or Staff members in the left menu.
- Select the name of the member
- Click Actions.
- Click Unsubscribe. The patient or staff member has now been unsubscribed. You can see the unsubscribed members under Unsubscribed.
