Visibility of staff members

The names and profile picture of staff members can be shown on the login page of your Healthspace. Patients will be able to see the name of the visible staff member before the have logged into Karify or made an account. 


You can edit which staff members are shown on the login page (required role: "Assistant"):

  • Click Admin in the navigation bar in the Healthspace.

  • You will find an overview of all staff members in this healthspace under the tab Staff members => Active members

  • Click on the name of the staff member. On this page, you find all (possible) roles of this specific staff member.  

  • (Un)check the checkbox at Show person on Healthspace login page.
