Our Helpdesk is available on workdays between 9.00 - 17.00 / 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. We aim to respond to your question within an hour. 

N.B.: We are not a healthcare provider. For questions regarding your treatment/healthcare we advice you to seek contact with your healthcare provider. We cannot forward your message to your healthcare provider.

  2. From the Karify platform itself you can also send us a message. Click in the navigation bar on the question mark.
